How to Reach Someone at RetireFlo

The fastest ways to get a real human when you need help.

Looking for a customer service phone number? RetireFlo doesn't have one — and that's on purpose. The fastest way to get help is a quick screen-share with a real person: book a slot at RetireFlo.com/Troubleshoot (often same-day, usually solved in about 15 minutes). Or ask the community in RetireFlo Island.
1

Skip the phone number hunt

RetireFlo is a software company, and there's no customer service phone number — so if you're dialing something you think is a RetireFlo number, it's probably not. Whether it's a "how does this work" question, something that feels off, or a billing question you want checked out, there's a better resource: meeting with the team one-on-one.

2

Click the Troubleshoot button

Go to retireflo.com and look at the top of your RetireFlo dashboard — there's a button that says Troubleshoot. You can also go straight to retireflo.com/Troubleshoot.

Book a time on the troubleshooting calendar

Pick a slot — same day, if there's availability, and the team works all hours with back-to-back openings. You'll meet with Dalton, Miles Miller (senior account executive), Davis Root (account executive), or one of the engineers, and they'll get you across the finish line — usually in about 15 to 20 minutes.

Show up at a computer, logged in and ready to screen-share

RetireFlo is software — the team needs to see your screen to help, because describing a problem over the phone is hard to communicate. So don't book from the car on the way to an appointment: carve out 10–15 minutes where you're sitting in front of a computer, inside your RetireFlo account, ready to get it resolved.
